Claim your school

Sign up at hirewheel.ai/schools/claim, verify your email, and the Code2College team reviews your request, usually within one business day. If your school isn’t yet listed, add it in the same flow.

Add your students by invite or claim

Invite directly: enter a student’s email and we’ll send them a HireWheel invite that lands them on your roster the moment they accept. Or claim existing HireWheel students who already listed your school on their profile. They appear in your available pool ready to add with one click.

What data do we see on each student?
Everything HireWheel has on that student: basic profile, graduation year, coursework, languages, AI generated skill analyses, internship placements, and project work. The same view Code2College coordinators have, scoped to your school.
What if our students aren’t on HireWheel yet?
From your school portal you can invite any student directly by email. They’ll get an invitation, create a HireWheel account, and land in your roster as enrolled, already linked to your school. (HireWheel also asks existing students to confirm their school via a periodic required survey, so any student who already had an account will eventually show up in your available pool too.)
How does pricing actually work?
$2 per student per academic year. When you add a student to your roster, that seat is billable for the current program year. We batch invoices monthly and send them to your billing contact.
What if a student moves or leaves your school?
Drop them from your roster at any time. They’re notified by email and their HireWheel account stays fully active; only your school level view of them goes away. Within the first 90 days of enrollment, the seat is refunded on a prorated basis. After 90 days the seat stays billed for the full year.
Can multiple staff at our school have access?
Yes. After your school is verified, you can invite teammates from the Team page in your portal. They get a “set your password” email and bypass the Code2College review step; they inherit your school access.
What about districts with multiple schools?
District level accounts can manage every high school in their district from one login. Switching between schools takes a single click. Reports and invoices stay scoped per school for clean reconciliation.
How long does verification take?
Usually one business day. You’ll get an email the moment your account is approved, at which point you can sign back in and start exploring your roster.
